Audit log

The audit log is a record of the changes made in a workspace and who made them. It is part of the Business plan.

Open Audit log in the app menu. The workspace owner and Admins can read it (see roles and permissions).

It records changes to links, members and their roles, custom domains, API keys and billing. Each entry shows when the change happened, who made it and what changed. Changes that Urlicer made itself are shown as System. You can filter the list by type of activity, by member and by period.

Entries can't be edited. They are kept for as long as your plan keeps click history, and never for less than 30 days. On Business that is 730 days. Older entries are deleted.

Changes are recorded on every plan, so when a workspace moves to Business, its recent history is already there, going back as far as the previous plan kept it.
