Frequently asked questions
Is there a free plan?
Yes. Free forever, no card required: 500 links a month, QR codes, and click analytics.
Upgrade only when you outgrow it.
Do you limit QR codes or clicks?
No. Every plan generates unlimited QR codes and lets you style
them (colours, gradients, shapes and frames), and your links keep redirecting no
matter how much traffic they get. We never meter the redirect itself.
Pro adds the SVG download for print, and Team adds your own logo in the centre. The only
click number on a plan is how many we record in analytics each month; past it, links
keep working and we stop recording clicks until next month.
Do I need to be technical to use my own domain?
No. You add two DNS records where your domain is managed, and we issue
the HTTPS certificate for you. If you'd rather not do it alone, open a support ticket from
the custom domains page and we'll set it up with you, free while we're small. We never ask
for your registrar login.
Can I change plans later?
Anytime. Upgrades take effect immediately (prorated); downgrades apply at the end
of your current billing period.
What happens to my links if I downgrade?
Nothing is deleted, and your existing links keep working. The link limit counts
new links each calendar month, so if you've already made more than the lower plan allows this
month, you can create new ones again next month, up to that plan's monthly limit. If you have
more members, workspaces or custom domains than the lower plan allows, you keep them, but you
can't add more until you're under its limit.
Do my links expire?
Links in your workspace don't expire unless you set an expiry on a link. The
exception is links made without an account: they expire after 30 days unless you keep them in
a free account.
How does billing work?
Securely through Paddle, our Merchant of Record, monthly or yearly, with invoices
from Paddle. Cancel anytime from your billing page.
Do you track visitors or use cookie banners?
No. Analytics are cookieless and privacy-first (the visitor IP is hashed, never
stored). Two link features do set a cookie: an A/B-tested link sets one for 30 days so a
returning visitor sees the same version, and a password-protected link sets a one-hour unlock
cookie after the password is entered.
