Frequently asked questions
Is there a free plan?
Yes. Free forever, no card required: 500 links a month, QR codes, and click analytics.
Upgrade only when you outgrow it.
Do you limit QR codes or clicks?
No. Every plan generates unlimited QR codes and lets you style
them — colours, gradients, shapes and frames — and your links keep redirecting no
matter how much traffic they get. We never meter the redirect itself.
Paid plans add the SVG download for print, and your own logo in the centre. The only
click number on a plan is how many we record in analytics each month; past it, links
keep working and we simply stop adding to the report.
Can I change plans later?
Anytime. Upgrades take effect immediately (prorated); downgrades apply at the end
of your current billing period.
What happens to my links if I downgrade?
Nothing is deleted. Your existing links keep working. You just can't create new
ones beyond the lower plan's limit until you're back under it.
Do my links expire?
No. Links are permanent by default, and expiry is opt-in per link. We never sunset
your links.
How does billing work?
Securely through Paddle, our Merchant of Record, monthly or yearly, with invoices
from Paddle. Cancel anytime from your billing page.
Do you track visitors or use cookie banners?
No. Analytics are cookieless and privacy-first (the visitor IP is hashed, never
stored), so there's nothing to consent to.
