Refund & Cancellation Policy

This policy applies to paid subscriptions to the Urlicer service operated by Ivan Voitovych, sole proprietor, trading as “Urlicer”. Payments are processed by Paddle.com Market Ltd, our Merchant of Record, which handles refunds on our behalf according to this policy and Paddle's buyer terms.

1. Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time from your billing page. Cancellation stops future renewals; your paid plan remains active until the end of the current billing period, after which your account reverts to the Free plan. We do not provide prorated refunds for the unused portion of a period except as stated below or as required by law.

2. Refund window

If you are not satisfied, you may request a refund within 14 days of your initial purchase or a renewal charge. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method via Paddle.

3. What is eligible

First-time purchases and renewals within the 14-day window.
Duplicate or accidental charges.
Documented cases where the Service was materially unavailable and we could not resolve it.

4. What is not eligible

Requests made after the refund window (except where required by law).
Fees for periods already substantially used, absent a service failure.
Accounts suspended or terminated for violations of our Terms of Service.

5. How to request a refund

Contact us at ivan@urlicer.com with your account email and the charge details, or use the "Manage payment" link on your billing page to reach the Paddle customer portal. We aim to respond within 5 business days. You may also contact Paddle directly via the receipt they email you.

6. Statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits any non-waivable statutory rights you may have as a consumer in your jurisdiction (for example, statutory withdrawal/"cooling-off" rights).
