Stop sharing one login for your short links

Give each person their own sign-in to the same workspace, with a role that fits what they do. When someone leaves, you remove them, and nobody has to change a shared password.

On the free plan the owner is the only member. Inviting teammates starts on Pro at $12 a month, and you can upgrade in the app.

  • 3 members for $12 a month, 10 for $29. The price is for the workspace, not per person.
  • Owner, Admin, Member and Viewer roles
  • Every link shows who created it

A sign-in for each person

Invite people by email and pick their role. An invitation is good for 7 days, and you can revoke it before it is used.

Roles that limit the damage

Members create and edit links but can't delete them. Viewers only read. Admins manage members, domains and API keys. Billing stays with the owner.

A record of who did what

Each link carries the name of the person or API key that made it. On Business, the audit log lists changes to links, members, domains, API keys and billing.

Who made this link?

With one shared login, every link looks like it came from the same person. Here the list says who created each one, including links made through the API, so a question about a campaign goes to the right colleague.

What it costs

Members are included in the plan. The owner counts as one, and so does an invitation that hasn't been accepted yet.

Why teams end up sharing a Bitly login

Bitly only adds users on its Enterprise plan, which is sold through its sales team. We checked this inside Bitly on 23 September 2026. Below Enterprise, an account is one person.

Can you share a Bitly account with your team? and how the plans compare.

What happens to someone's links when they leave?
They stay in the workspace and keep working. Links belong to the workspace, not to the person who made them.

Can I try it alone first?
