Delete your account

You can delete your Urlicer account yourself. Open Account in the app menu, click Delete my account, enter your password and click Permanently delete.

Deleting your account also deletes every workspace you own, with their links and analytics. Links you have shared stop working. Workspaces owned by someone else stay as they are, and you are removed from them.

Your name, email address, phone number and password are erased straight away, and you are signed out on every device. The links in your workspaces are then removed in the background, and the rest of the account record is removed once they are gone. This can't be undone.

If you pay for a plan, cancel it on the Billing page before you delete your account (see manage your subscription).

There is no way to hand a workspace over to someone else in the app, so if you want one of your workspaces to carry on after you leave, contact support before you delete your account.
