Analytics

Share a link's stats

Sometimes the person who needs the numbers has no seat in your workspace: a client, a manager, a partner running the campaign with you. Instead of exporting a CSV every week, send them a link to a page with the link's clicks. It stays up to date, and they need no login.

Share a link

  1. Open the link's analytics.
  2. Click Share, then Create link.
  3. Copy the address and send it.

Shared stats pages are on Pro and above. Creating, replacing and stopping one needs permission to edit links; anyone in the workspace who can see the analytics can copy the address.

What the page shows

Total clicks and unique visitors, with the change against the previous period, clicks over time, and the top countries, referrers, devices, browsers, operating systems, traffic source (QR scans or direct clicks) and ad platforms. A link that runs an A/B test also shows each variant's results.

Whoever opens it can choose the dates: the last 24 hours, 7, 30 or 90 days, a custom range, or the previous and next period. They cannot filter, export or save views, and they see nothing else in your workspace: no other links and no member names. The history goes back as far as your plan keeps it, the same as in the app. Automated visits are not counted.

For a password-protected link, the page does not show the destination, of the link or of its A/B variants.

Replace or stop sharing

Open Share again. New link makes a new address, and the old one stops working at once. Stop sharing takes the page down. Anyone who opens an old address sees "This stats page is not available".

The page also goes away if the link is deleted. If your workspace moves to a plan without shared stats, the page shows "not available" until it is back on one; the same address then works again.

Shared stats pages are not indexed by search engines, so only people you send the address to will find them.
